The frame is a Spartan Straightleg, stock out, 1" up, and 33 deg rake with the crossover
tube for mechanical drum brakes. The VL is something I have been sitting on for a while,
I made a larger neck for the frame so I can run the stock 1 1/8" VL neck and ball bearings.
